Thank you for supporting Dharma Lighthouse and the Navapashanam Maha Yantra.
Each Navapashanam Maha Yantra is prepared as a limited sacred object and handled with care before shipment.
Shipping Location
Orders are shipped from California, USA.
Processing Time
For the first limited launch, a small number of yantras are prepared for immediate shipment, while the remaining pieces are prepared in sequence.

Most ready-to-ship orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
​
If your yantra is being prepared, sealed, consecrated, or packaged in sequence, please allow up to 10 business days before shipment.
​
If there is any unexpected delay beyond the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped using a standard carrier such as USPS, UPS, or another available shipping provider.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages
If your yantra arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the situation and do our best to make it right through a replacement, repair option, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and availability.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, building office, or mailroom.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will help review the situation.
Returns
Because the Navapashana Maha Yantra is a limited, handmade, and consecrated spiritual item, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind after the item has shipped.

Please read the product description, spiritual-use information, dimensions, materials, and photos carefully before ordering.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
​
If the order has not yet been prepared, consecrated, packaged, or shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund the order.
​
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are not generally offered for change of mind after shipment.
​
Refunds or replacements may be considered if an item arrives damaged, if the wrong item is sent, or if there is a clear fulfillment issue.
​
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
Shipping Locations
The Navapashanam Maha Yantra is currently available for shipping within the contiguous United States only. A flat standard shipping charge of $12.95 applies to each order.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
